Terms of service

By creating a AppraisalQueue account you agree to these terms. If you sign up for a firm, you agree on its behalf.

The service

AppraisalQueue is a tool for tracking appraisal orders, clients, inspections, revision requests, fees and trainee experience logs. It is not appraisal software and doesn't produce or review appraisal reports. The trainee log is a record you keep: you remain responsible for meeting your state appraiser board's experience and supervision rules, for the log forms the board requires, and for your engagement terms, invoices and taxes.

Your account

• Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• The firm owner controls who joins the firm's account and can disable users at any time.
• Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break in, overload it, or access other firms' data.

Plans and billing

• Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel any time from the Billing page; you keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for. We don't give partial refunds.
• New firms get a 14-day free trial with no card. After the trial, or if a plan lapses, your data stays readable and exportable, but adding and changing records needs a plan, and the account has the Solo plan's limits and logins until you subscribe.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email.

Your data

Your firm's records belong to you. You can export them at any time. See the privacy policy for what we store.

Availability

We work to keep AppraisalQueue running but can't promise it will never be down. The service is provided "as is", and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will email account owners about material changes. You can stop using AppraisalQueue at any time; we may suspend accounts that break these terms.
